TERMS OF SERVICE
1- Scheduling*

All new clients must first schedule an in person or virtual consultation before booking a hair appointment. An in-person consultation is required for Sisterlocks services.

Consultation fees will be applied to total cost of 1st appointment.

No guests or pets allowed during an appointment unless they are a legal guardian/representative or a certified service animal.
2- Cancellations and Late fees

Sisterlocks/Interlocks retightening services are calculated by the hour. If a Sisterlocks/Interlock client is late, they will be charged a late fee and their retightening service will be calculated based upon the scheduled appointment start time.

Any client arriving 15 minutes late to their appointment will be charged a late fee.

Any client arriving 30 minutes late, or more, may need to reschedule their entire appointment and will be charged the standard late fee. Rescheduling will be at the discretion of the Consultant.

Clients who cancel or make changes within 24 hours of their appointment will be charged the standard cancellation fee.

Clients who are no-shows will be charged the standard cancellation fee of $50.
3- Health and Safety

Clients MUST PROPERLY WEAR A MASK/FACE COVERING AT ALL TIMES DURING THEIR APPOINTMENT.

Clients who are experiencing cold or flu like symptoms MUST reschedule. Any deposits made to secure the initial appointment will be applied to the rescheduled appointment.
4- Sisterlocks® and Interlocks Client Obligation

Due to trademark obligations, Clients are not allowed to have guests in the workspace during Establishments or Retightening sessions.

Establishment pricing will be quoted during the consultation appointment and will be based on length of hair, density, and head circumference.

For Sisterlocks and consultations come with clean hair that has been shampooed within 24 hours. HAIR MUST BE FREE FROM ALL PRODUCTS.

Clients must carefully follow their Consultant’s instructions on proper hair maintenance and products.

Consultant will not be held accountable for hair that has not been properly maintained resulting in damaged or unsettled locks. Repair appointments must be rescheduled separately.
*Consultant reserves the right, not to accept future appointments from clients who cannot comply with these terms of services.
